El Toro Room
From the 4th Floor, experience panoramic ocean views with the perfect setting for your meeting, special event or wedding celebration. El Toro can accommodate up to 120 guests in the full event space or divided in 3 for breakout sessions or smaller groups of 20-40 guests. For weddings, 80 people will be our maximum due to consideration of weather backup for beach ceremonies.
For intimate gatherings
The Balboa Room
Located at Beach Level on the 1 st floor of the hotel just off the pool area, Balboa is ideal for small gatherings and meetings up to 30 guests. Balboa offers an intimate setting with shared access to the pool patio to enjoy the coastal breezes and ocean waves.

Food & Beverage, Meal Selection & Guarantees
Can you meet special dietary needs?
With advance notice, the kitchen can handle special dietary needs. Additional charges may apply.
How do you ensure the buffet will be enough food?
Buffets will be prepared to serve 5% more than the guarantee number to ensure enough food is prepared in case your counts go over.
Can I bring outside food and beverages?
Unfortunately no outside food and beverage is allowed in the banquet rooms, with the exception of desserts from licensed bakeries. Please contact us to learn more.
How long can buffet or displayed food be serviced for?
All food items may be served or displayed for a maximum of 2 hours.
Can we take leftover food home?
At the conclusion of the event, all leftover food is the property of The Inn At Spanish Head and cannot be removed from the premises.
Can we bring our own bar and beverage items?
All alcohol must be purchased and served through The Inn At Spanish Head, following OLCC regulations. Wine by the bottle can be provided from the outside for a corkage charge and with advanced arrangements with the catering department.
Banquet Equipment, Rentals, & Subcontractors
What’s included in a room rental?
Setup of round and rectangular tables, chairs, house linens, china, flatware and glassware are included as part of your room rental, subject to availability.
Can we have additional rentals?
Plans for additional tables, staging, furniture, chairs, linens and place settings must be arranged through The Inn At Spanish Head.
Do you offer audio visual equipment?
Yes! Audio Visual equipment is available for rental, and early reservations are recommended to ensure availability.
