The Inn at Spanish Head Booking Policies

Check-In & Check-Out

The Inn at Spanish Head has the following check-in and check-out times:

  • Check-In at 4:00 pm
  • Check-Out at 11:00 am

Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability – additional fees may apply.

Accepted Payment

The Inn accepts either a valid credit card or cash. If paying in cash, we ask that you make an additional deposit equivalent to an extra night’s stay, which is reimbursed upon check-out.  

Cancellation Policy

Guests must cancel 48 hours (or 5 days during holiday seasons) prior to scheduled arrival to receive reimbursements. 

Group Reservations: There is a 5-day cancellation policy in effect for all individual group reservations.

Group Room Reservations

Group reservations must identify themselves as participants for the event to receive the group rates.  

Age Requirement

Guests must be 18 to book a room and check in at The Inn at Spanish Head. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms, balconies, or public spaces, but we do have a designated smoking area on the ninth floor. Guests who violate our policy by smoking outside the smoking area will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

Pet Policy

For the comfort and safety of our guests, we are a pet-free hotel. This includes both guests staying at the hotel and visitors. We make an exception for ADA compliant service animals and our gentle lobby cat ‘Mama’, who has lived at the hotel for over 20 years.
