Please Note: Food and beverage prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to a 19% service charge.
CATERED FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
Food and beverages consumed in the Banquet Rooms must be purchased through the Inn at Spanish Head Catering Department. An exception is routinely made for wedding cakes. All other exceptions must be discussed with and approved by the Catering Manager.
MEAL SELECTIONS
Meal selections must be confirmed 14 working days prior to the date of your first event. One selection is requested for each meal. If two entrees are selected, an additional $3.00 per plate charge is required.
GUARANTEES
The final attendance for all functions must be specified 72 hours (3 business days) in advance. Once received by the Catering Manager, the number will be considered a guarantee and not subject to reduction. We will be prepared to serve 5% over the guarantee number. The amount charged will be the guarantee number or the actual number served, whichever is greater.
BUFFETS
For our breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, there is a 20 person minimum unless otherwise noted.
SPECIAL MEALS
Our Kitchen is prepared to handle many special dietary needs. We appreciate advance notice whenever possible.
PAYMENT POLICY
Each function will require an advance deposit with the balance of all charges due after the event. Direct billing must be arranged in advance and approved prior to the function and then paid within 30 days.
